IP Mainali and Associates was established in 2019 as a sole proprietorship firm, registered under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) with Registration Number 869, by CA. Indra Prasad Mainali. What began as a focused practice built on integrity, diligence, and personal client relationships has steadily grown into a trusted name in audit and assurance services.
In August 2026, the firm entered a new chapter, converting into a partnership firm with the addition of CA. Sanjeev Nepal. This transition reflects our commitment to growth, continuity, and deeper capability — allowing us to serve our clients with expanded expertise while preserving the close, hands-on service that has defined us from the start.
